Withdraw from the contract

Exercise your right of withdrawal online

Enter the email address used to place the order and select Continue. You will receive a 6-digit verification code by email to access your account. No password is required.

Once logged in, select the relevant order. The available procedure will depend on the status of the product:

UNFULFILLED ORDER → CANCEL THE PRODUCT

If the product has not yet been fulfilled or shipped, select the order and then the product for which you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Select “Cancel items” and follow the instructions displayed to submit your request.

You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request.

Important: submitting a cancellation request does not automatically change the status of your order. If the product is fulfilled before your request is processed and it is no longer possible to stop the shipment, you can exercise your right of withdrawal through the return procedure.

FULFILLED ORDER → RETURN THE PRODUCT

If the product has already been fulfilled or shipped, cancellation will no longer be available. You can exercise your right of withdrawal using the “Return items” option.

You have 14 days from the delivery of the last item to inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract. Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you have a further 14 days to send the product back. This deadline is met if you hand the product over to the carrier before the 14-day period expires.

The cost of returning the product is borne by the customer. During the return procedure, you will be able to view the available return methods and any applicable costs before making your choice.

Select the order and the product you wish to return, follow the instructions displayed, and submit your request. You will receive an email confirming receipt of your request, followed by instructions on how to return the product.
