Choosing the right glasses for your face can be tricky.

The products sold on vistaexpert.it are purchased directly from the manufacturing companies mentioned above.
All products are accompanied by the certificate of authenticity and the accessories included in the original product packaging (for example, pencil case and microfibre).
Vistaexpert does not sell used, irregular or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market. The characteristics of the products are listed in the relevant product sheets.
All products sold are covered by the manufacturer's legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 24 months starting from the date of delivery of the product.
In the event of manufacturing defects, these must be reported to us promptly via the contact form in the section Contact us . The product will be replaced with an identical one or, failing that, you can decide whether to replace it with an equivalent one or request a return.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
We accept installment payments with PayPal, Scalapay and Klarna accounts. For more information you can visit the section Payment Methods .
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal account, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Scalapay, Klarna and bank transfer. For more information you can visit the section Payment Methods .
If your package has not arrived on time, check the delivery status on the courier's website using the tracking number sent via email or SMS when your order was shipped.
In case the courier is unable to deliver your package (for example: you were not at home at the time of delivery), you will receive an email to schedule a second delivery attempt. For other delivery problems, you can contact our Customer Service via the contact form in the section Contact us specifying the order number and the complete address with all the information necessary for delivery and we will communicate them to the courier as soon as possible.
You can cancel or make changes to the details of your order (e.g. delivery or billing address) only until the order has been shipped and is being processed. For any changes, you can send a request to our Customer Service by filling out the contact form in the section Contact us .
If you have already received an email or SMS with the tracking number (shipment tracking code), it means that it is no longer possible to cancel or modify the order details.
Generally, products with 24h shipping are shipped by 3:00 pm on the same day, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.
You can request a copy of your purchase invoice using one of these methods:
- Select the "Request Invoice" box in the Request Invoice section on the checkout page. Important: it is mandatory to indicate your tax code!
- Contact our Customer Service from the section Contact us indicating the order number and email address. Our team will process the request as soon as possible.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs are free for orders of €50 or more (VAT included) in the following countries:
- Croatia
- France
- Germany
- Italy (excluding islands and remote areas)
- Netherlands
- Poland
- Portugal
- United Kingdom
- Czech Republic
- Romania
- Slovakia
- Spain
- Hungary
In any case, for shipping to Non-EU countries Shipping costs do not include any customs duties or charges to be paid to the courier. Orders may be subject to customs or import duties once the package reaches your destination.
These additional costs are the responsibility of the recipient; we cannot control or predict these charges, as customs policies vary widely from country to country, you can contact your local customs office for more information.

On each product page you can view the estimated shipping times.
- 1 working day: The product is immediately available in our warehouses and will be shipped within 1 working day.
- 8 working days : The product is not available for immediate delivery in our warehouses and will be ordered from the supplier. In most cases the product will be shipped within 8 working days.
In the event of unavailability from suppliers (product being restocked or out of production) we will indicate the waiting times and you will have the possibility of cancel the order or replace the product.
Shipping times are indicated in working days - excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays - and indicate the maximum time within which we will entrust the order to the courier for delivery.
Orders received after 3pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
For international shipping In certain countries you can choose between Standard Shipping (5-7 working days) or Express Shipping (2-3 working days). The amount of shipping costs depends on the destination country and the amount of the order and will be specified during checkout.
Once the order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email and subsequently, when we proceed to prepare and entrust the shipment of the package to the courier for delivery, you will receive an email or text message with the tracking number (shipment tracking code) to monitor the delivery status directly on the courier's website.
In case of non-delivery of the package, the courier will leave it in storage at his warehouse. You will receive a notification of non-delivery via email directly from the courier.
Afterwards, you can contact our Customer Service via the contact form in the section Contact us Our team will take care of requesting the release of the stock by indicating the delivery address you entered when creating the order (or a different address indicated by you) and a telephone number (for delivery with telephone notification).
All products are carefully checked before shipping, guaranteeing their integrity.
Upon delivery of the order you are required to check the products to ensure that they are intact and correspond to what you ordered.
- If you receive a package that has been tampered with or damaged, you can accept delivery "with reserve" to the courier or not accept the package.
- If you receive damaged products, items not corresponding to the order or missing items, you must promptly inform Vistaexpert (no later than 30 days after receiving the goods ) by contacting our Customer Service via the contact form in the "Contact us" section. Upon returning what you received, you will have the possibility to replace the product and, in the event of unavailability of the product, you will be able to choose whether to change the product or cancel the order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return of the products.
Vistaexpert will cover return shipping costs for orders shipped to Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Austria, Spain and the United States. For further information on the return procedure, consult the " Return and Replacement" section.

To activate the warranty on the product, you will have to contact our Customer Service via the contact form in the "Contact us" section no later than 2 months from the date on which you discovered the defect.
In the complaint it is necessary to indicate:
- Order number
- Item code with defect
- Type of defect found
The refund will be made to the payment method used when placing the order within 6 working days of returning the product.
In case of replacement, once we have received the products to be replaced we will send you an email with a summary of the replaced products and an indication of the delivery times. For more information, see the "Return and Replacement" section.
In the case of payment in installments, if the first installment has already been deducted, Afterpay or Klarna will directly refund you the installment already paid and cancel the debit order for the subsequent installments.
The credit will take place within 3-4 working days, depending on the banking circuit, on the payment method connected to your Afterpay or Klarna account
PROMOTIONS
If you have not received the newsletter welcome email, try checking the Spam or Junk folder in your inbox. Alternatively, contact our Customer Service via the contact form in the "Contact us" section by providing your e-mail address to obtain the newsletter subscription discount code.
You can use the discount code by entering it in the dedicated section of the checkout. The discount will be automatically applied to the total cart amount.

To receive a quote for glasses with prescription lenses,
After sending the details of the chosen frame (Product Code or Link) and your eye prescription (including information such as Sphere, Cylinder, Axis and Interpupillary Distance), our team of opticians will prepare a personalized quote.
If you accept the quote, our team will send you a link (including the chosen frame and pair of prescription lenses) from which you can normally finalize the purchase at checkout by choosing the payment method you prefer. The prescription lens addition service is offered only for the prescription of single vision and non-progressive lenses.
