Choosing the right glasses for your face shape can be tricky.

The products sold on vistaexpert.it are purchased directly from the manufacturers listed above.
All products come with a certificate of authenticity and accessories included in the original packaging (for example, case and microfiber cloth).
Vistaexpert does not sell used, irregular, or lower quality products compared to standard market products. Product features are listed on the respective product pages.
All products sold are covered by the manufacturer’s legal warranty of conformity for a period of 24 months from the delivery date.
In case of manufacturing defects, they must be promptly reported through the Contact Us form. The product will be replaced with an identical one or, if unavailable, you may choose an equivalent product or request a refund.
ORDERS AND PAYMENTS
We accept installment payments via PayPal, Scalapay and Klarna. For more information, you can visit the Payment Methods section.

If your package has not arrived within the expected timeframe, check the delivery status on the courier’s website using the tracking number sent via email or SMS at the time of shipment.
If the courier was unable to deliver your package (e.g., you were not at home), you will receive an email to schedule a second delivery attempt. For other delivery issues, you can contact our Customer Service through the Contact Us section, specifying your order number and full address with all necessary delivery details, and we will promptly notify the courier.
You can cancel or modify your order details (e.g. delivery or billing address) only until the order has been shipped and is still being processed. For any changes, you can send a request to our Customer Service by filling out the contact form in the Contact Us section.
If you have already received an email or SMS with the tracking number, it means that it is no longer possible to cancel or modify the order details.
Generally, products with 24h shipping are dispatched by 3:00 pm on the same day, except on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
You can request a copy of your purchase invoice in the following ways:
- Select the "Request Invoice" checkbox in the Invoice Request section on the checkout page. Important: you must enter your tax code!
- Contact our Customer Service through the Contact Us section, providing the order number and email address. Our team will process your request promptly.
SHIPPING
Total delivery time depends on two factors:
1. Preparation time: the time needed to process and prepare your order before shipment. This varies depending on product availability, clearly stated on each product page:
- 1 business day → The product is immediately available in our warehouses and will be prepared within 1 business day.
- 2 business days → The product is available in our stores and will be prepared within 2 business days.
- Up to 8 business days → The product is not in stock and will be ordered from the supplier. Usually, it will be prepared and shipped within 8 business days.
If the supplier is out of stock (restocking or discontinued), we will inform you about the waiting time and you can choose to cancel the order or select an alternative product.
2. Shipping time: the time needed for delivery by the courier, calculated in business days.
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days.
Orders received after 3:00 pm on Friday will be processed the following Monday.
Vistaexpert ships to most European and international countries.

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and order amount and will be displayed at checkout.

For shipments to non-EU countries, any customs duties and taxes are not included and must be paid by the recipient directly to the courier. International orders may be subject to duties or import taxes upon arrival. Since customs policies vary by country, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information.
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is prepared and handed over to the courier, you will receive another email or SMS with the tracking number to monitor the shipment directly on the courier’s website.
If the package cannot be delivered, the courier will hold it at their facility. You will receive a failed delivery notification via email directly from the courier.
You can then contact our Customer Service through the Contact Us section. Our team will request the release of the shipment, indicating the delivery address you provided when placing the order (or another address you indicate) and a phone number (for delivery with phone notice).
All products are carefully inspected before shipping to ensure their integrity.
Upon delivery, you are required to check the products to make sure they are intact and match your order.
- ⚠️ Note: If you receive a tampered or damaged package, you must either accept it “with reservation” or refuse the delivery.
- If you receive damaged products, items different from your order or missing items, you must promptly inform Vistaexpert (within 14 days from receipt of the goods) by contacting our Customer Service through the Contact Us form. Upon return of the items, you may request a replacement or, if unavailable, choose between a different product or a refund.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If the item does not meet your expectations, you can request a return within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the order. You can choose between:
- Facilitated return with a shipping label at €8 (or other cost indicated by Customer Service)
- Autonomous return using a courier of your choice
⚠️ Note: The product must be intact and in its original packaging. Returns are not accepted for customized prescription lenses.

All products are covered by the manufacturer's legal warranty of conformity for
a period of 24 months from the delivery date, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005.
The warranty covers breakages due to material and manufacturing defects, reported within a maximum of 2 months from the discovery of the defect.
If manufacturing defects are found, they must be reported promptly to our Customer Service via the Contact Us form, indicating:
- Order number
- Defective item code
- Description of the defect
The product will be replaced with an identical one or, if unavailable, you can choose to replace it with an equivalent product or request a refund.
To activate the manufacturer’s legal warranty of conformity, contact our Customer Service through the Contact Us section no later than 2 months from the date you discovered the defect.
Please provide:
- Order number
- Defective item code
- Description of the defect
The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, poor maintenance or accidental damage.
Scratches or marks on lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered unless it is proven that the product was defective at the time of delivery.
The legal warranty covers:
- Missing components
- Delamination of the sunglasses lens coating
- Bubbles or imperfections in the lens coating
- Peeling or deterioration of the frame
- Welding defects
The refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of the order within 15 business days from the return of the product.
In case of replacement, once we receive the items to be replaced, we will send you an email with a summary of the replaced products and the estimated delivery time. For more information, please visit the Returns and Replacements section.
In case of installment payment, if the first installment has already been charged, Scalapay or Klarna will directly refund the amount already paid and cancel the remaining scheduled payments.
The refund will be credited within 3-4 business days, depending on your bank, to the payment method linked to your Scalapay or Klarna account.
PROMOTIONS
If you have not received the newsletter welcome email, please check your Spam or Junk folder. Otherwise, contact our Customer Service through the Contact Us section and provide your email address to receive the subscription discount code.
You can use the discount code by entering it in the "Discount Code" section on the checkout page. The discount will be automatically applied to the total cart amount.
ADDITIONAL SERVICES
To request a quote for prescription lenses, click on "Prescription lenses? Request a quote" on any product page.
After submitting the selected frame details (Product Code or Link) and your eye prescription (including Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, and Pupillary Distance), our team of opticians will prepare a personalized quote.
If you accept the quote, our team will send you a link (including the selected frame and prescription lenses) where you can complete your purchase at checkout, choosing your preferred payment method. The prescription lens service is available for single vision lenses only, not progressive.
