The products sold on vistaexpert.it are purchased directly by the manufacturers mentioned above.
All products are accompanied by the certificate of authenticity and accessories included in the original packaging of the product (as an example of the case and microfiber examples).
Vistaexpert It does not sell used, irregular or quality products lower than the corresponding standards offered on the market. The characteristics of the products are listed in the relative product sheets.
All the products sold are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of the manufacturer for a period of 24 months starting from the date of delivery of the product.
If manufacturing defects are found, these must be reported promptly through the contact form in the section Contact us. The product will be replaced with an identical one or, in the absence, you can decide whether to replace it with an equivalent or request the return.
Orders and payments

If your package has not arrived in scheduled times, check the status of delivery on the courier website using the tracking number (shipping track code) sent by e-mail or SMS during the order shipping.
In the event that the courier should not be able to deliver your package (example: you were not at home at the time of delivery), you will receive an email to plan a second delivery attempt. You have the possibility to cancel or make changes to the details of your order (e.g. delivery or invoicing address) only until the order has been sent and is located in the processing phase. If you have already received an e-mail or SMS with the tracking number (shipping track code) it means that it is no longer possible to cancel or modify the details of the order.
Generally, 24h shipping products are shipped by 15:00 on the same day, except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
You can request a copy of your purchase invoice with one of these methods:

Shipments
The total delivery time depends on two factors:
1. Preparation times: the time needed to elaborate and prepare your order before shipment. This varies according to the availability of the product, clearly indicated on the detailed page of each item:
- 1 working day → the product is immediately available in our warehouses and will be prepared by 1 working day.
- 2 working days → the product is immediately available in our stores and will be prepared by 2 working days.
- Until 8 working days → The product is not ready for delivery and will be ordered to the supplier. Generally, it will be prepared and shipped within 8 working days.
If the product is not available at the supplier (reabsing off or out of production), we will inform you about waiting times and you will have the opportunity to cancel the order or choose an alternative.

The guarantee does not cover damage caused by improper use, poor maintenance or accidental damage.
Scratches or lines on the lenses are considered normal wear and are not covered

The refund will be made on the payment method used at the time of the order within 15 working days from the return of the product.
