Returns and Refunds
Return
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery. For orders placed from December 8 to 18, the return period is extended to 30 days.
For orders placed from January 1, 2025, return options will change. You will have two choices:
1. Easy Return
Our Customer Care will send you a shipping label for €8, which will be charged separately or deducted from the refund amount if the return is accepted after product inspection.
2. Self Return
You can choose your preferred courier to return the product at your own expense. In this case, it is important that the product is delivered in good condition to our warehouse. If the package is lost or damaged during transport, we will not issue a refund, and it will be your responsibility to contact the courier for any claims.
RETURN CONDITIONS
- Returns are NOT accepted for custom prescription lenses.
- Products must be returned in the same condition as received, in their original packaging, including all accessories (box, case, warranty seal, etc.).
We cannot process a refund or replacement if Vistaexpert determines that:
- The returned product and/or its accessories and/or packaging are not intact (e.g., damaged, deteriorated, or dirty);
- The product is missing its outer packaging and/or original internal packaging (e.g., without the warranty seal);
- The product is missing essential parts or accessories (e.g., case, microfiber cloth, etc.).
In such cases, we will return the purchased product to you at your expense. Vistaexpert may offer a partial refund at its discretion.
IMPORTANT: If we do not receive a response from you, the package will be stored for up to 30 days, after which it will be disposed of.
RETURN PROCEDURE
1. REQUEST A RETURN
- Self-service: Log into your account and request the return in the "My Orders" section.
- Contact us: Go to the Contact Us section of the website, select "Returns and Replacements," and submit the request. Alternatively, you can email support@vistaexpert.it with your order number. You will receive detailed instructions for the return.
2. PREPARE THE PACKAGE
Place your item inside the box, including a copy of the email with the assigned return code. Remember, the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts, for a refund.
You have two options for returning:
- Easy Return: You will receive a paid shipping label (shipping via courier or InPost point depending on your country and the type of product).
- Self Return: The package should be sent to the address provided on this page, depending on the shipping country.
3. WAIT FOR THE RETURN INSPECTION
After receiving and inspecting the return, we will proceed with the refund.
REFUND
- The refund will be made via the payment method selected at the time of the order.
- Refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the product is returned.
- Shipping fees, cash on delivery charges, and any customs duties are excluded from the refund.
- If you selected the easy return, the €8 shipping label fee may be deducted from the refund, unless charged separately.
