Returns and Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, You can request the return within 14 days of delivery. For orders made by8 to 18 December, the return period is extended to 30 days.

For orders made by 1 January 2025, the return methods change. You will have two options:

  1. Made facilitated

Our customer care will send you a shipping label at a cost of €8, which will be charged separately or deduced from the refund amount if the return is accepted after the inspection of the product.

2. Made autonomous

You can choose the courier of your preference to return the product at your expense. In this case, it is important that the product is delivered intact to our warehouse. If the package should be lost or damaged during transport, you do not issue your refund and it will be your responsibility to contact the courier for any complaints.

REST CONDITIONS

  • The return They are not accepted For Personalized graduate lenses.
  • The products must be returned intact and in the same conditions in which they were received, in the complete original package (including packaging, case, guarantee seal and accessories).

It will not be possible to reimburse or replace the product if Vistaexpert ascertain that:

  • The returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact (e.g. damaged, deteriorated and/or dirty);
  • The product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging (e.g. without the guarantee seal);
  • The product is lacking in integral elements the same and/or accessories (e.g. case, microfiber etc.)

In these cases, we will return the purchased product. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. At the discretion of Vistaexpert, We can offer you a partial refund.

IMPORTANT: In the absence of your response, we will keep the package in stock up to a maximum of 30 days, after which we will provide for their disposal.

Return procedure

1. Request the return

  • Self service: Access your account and request the return in the "My orders" section.
  • Contact us: Go to the section Contact us of the site, choose "Returns and Replacements" and send the request. Or send an email to Support@vistaexpert.IT indicating the order number. You will receive detailed instructions for the return. You will receive an e-mail containing all the instructions to make the return.

2. Prepare the package: Place your item inside the box, entering a copy of the email received with the assigned return code. Remember that the product must be intact and returned to its original packaging, complete in all its parts, to be reimbursed.

You have two options to prepare a return:

  • Made facilitated: You will receive a paid shipping label (shipping by courier or staple point according to the country in which you are and the type of product)
  • Independent: Depending on your shipping country, the package must be at the indicated address In this table.

⚠️ For returns with a value greater than € 300, both in the event of a return to return and autonomous, the shipment must be ensured and the cost of the insurance will be borne by the customer.

3. Wait L'Inspection of the return: After receiving and verifying the return, we will proceed with the refund.

REIMBURSEMENT

  • The refund will take place through the payment method chosen at the time of the order.
  • Reimbursements will take place within 15 working days following the return of the product.
