GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Identification and contact information
The products on sale on https://www.vistaexpert.it/ (hereinafter the “ Site ”) are sold and invoiced by MEETING srl UNIPERSONALE (hereinafter “ Meeting ”), with headquarters in Via Pozzillo Zona Industriale Ponteselice – 81100 Caserta (CE), company registered with the Chamber of Commerce of Caserta under no. REA 208683 of the Company Register, CF 02964400614 and VAT no. 02964400614.

2. Nature of the service
Meeting supplies sunglasses, eyeglasses and eyewear accessories purchased directly from fashion houses, manufacturers and authorized retailers. Meeting does not sell used, irregular or lower quality products than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract
3.1. The contract stipulated between Meeting and the Customer (i.e. the individual, natural person, who makes the purchase on the Site, not relating to his commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity) must be considered concluded with the acceptance of the order by Meeting. In the event of non-acceptance of the order, Meeting will promptly notify the Customer.
3.2. By placing an order in the various ways provided, according to the order form on the Site (hereinafter the Order ), the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these general conditions of sale (hereinafter the Conditions ).
3.3. These Conditions may be printed or saved on a durable medium, in compliance with the provisions of the art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as
4. Purchase methods
4.1. The products offered for sale by Meeting are only those present on the Site at the time the Order is placed, as described in the relevant information sheets.
4.2. In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the descriptive sheet of a product are for informational purposes only and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but may differ, for example, in color and size (also due to the browser and monitor used for the access to the Site and viewing of images).
4.3. To place an Order, the Customer must complete the relevant form on the Site in its entirety and send it after having carefully examined the Conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products he intends to purchase. The Customer must also request Meeting, if desired, to issue a tax invoice relating to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 Presidential Decree no. 633/1972.
4.4. Correct receipt of the Order is confirmed by Meeting by means of a response via e-mail, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will summarize the purchase conditions, as required by applicable law, as well as the data entered in the Order, so that the Customer can verify the same and possibly communicate the necessary corrections of incorrect data without delay.
4.5. The purchase of contact lenses is aimed only at those who already use contact lenses. By confirming the order, the buyer therefore declares that what he is making is not his first purchase and that he has no tolerability problems in using contact lenses.
4.6. The purchase of personalized prescription lenses takes place by contacting our customer service, to whom it is necessary to send the eye prescription and indicate the desired frame. Our team of opticians will send a quote proposal, after acceptance of which the Customer will receive a link to purchase the pair of lenses and the frame, selecting the desired payment method.
5. Prices and Payment Methods
5.1. The prices indicated on the Site are to be considered inclusive of taxes and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated in advance to the Customer through the Site or these Conditions.
5.2. The following payment methods are available:
- PayPal: The Customer can use the PayPal circuit for payment according to its specific methods.
- Amazon Pay: The Customer can use the Amazon Pay circuit for payment according to its specific methods.
- Credit card
In case of purchase by credit card, the transaction can take place through the secure Shopify Payments server or another secure server chosen by Meeting.
In no case and at no stage of the payment will Meeting be able to know the information relating to the Customer's credit card, transmitted via a protected connection directly to the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction. No Meeting computer archive will retain such data and therefore under no circumstances can Meeting be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties at the time of payment. - Installment payments with PayPal, Afterpay and Klarna: These are financing methods that allow the Customer to purchase and receive the products immediately by paying for them in 3 or 4 equal monthly installments.
- Bank transfer
In case of purchase by bank transfer, the Customer will see the bank details for payment after placing the order. The goods will be shipped only upon actual receipt of payment (the sending of the accounting document is not valid), even if the shipping times indicated are 24 hours. If 10 days have passed from the date of acceptance of the order without Meeting having received credit for the bank transfer, Meeting will cancel the order by sending communication via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer.
6. Product availability, delivery and related costs
6.1. For each product on the Site, the availability of the product and the estimated shipping date are indicated indicatively with the following terminologies:
- 24h : the product is available in our central warehouse, shipping is made within 24 hours.
- 48h : the product is available in our stores, shipping is made within 48 hours.
- 10 working days : the product is not present in our central warehouse and is ordered from our suppliers. Generally the product will be shipped within this time period. However, in the event that the product is not available from the suppliers (product in restock), we undertake to contact the Customer to inform him of the waiting times and offer the possibility to wait, cancel the order or replace the product. In the event of no response from the Customer, Meeting will proceed to cancel the order and refund the entire amount of the order within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of the order by sending communication via e-mail to the e-mail address provided by the Customer.
- Out of stock : the product is currently out of production and cannot be purchased.
6.2. For all orders received from Friday after 2pm to Sunday, or on public holidays, processing takes place starting from the first following working day. In these cases shipping times are calculated from the start of order processing.
6.3. For all orders of optical frames with personalized and prescription lenses, the processing of personalized lenses in our laboratory takes approximately 4-5 working days.
6.4. The purchased products will be shipped to the address indicated by the Customer in the Order within the times indicated in the product sheet from the acceptance of the Order by Meeting, at the cost specifically indicated on the Site before sending the Order. Meeting reserves the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after accepting the order, in the event of anomalies in the order received or incorrect amounts calculated. In any case, for deliveries to be carried out outside Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times may vary.
6.5. With regards to deliveries requested in countries not belonging to the European Union, any import customs costs will be borne by the recipient. The Customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to verify the costs and any import limits.
6.6. The delivery times indicated by Meeting must be considered purely indicative as they are subject to factors that do not make it possible to precisely determine them. A delay with respect to the same does not entitle the Customer to refuse the delivery itself and to request compensation or compensation.
6.7. Shipping times are calculated only after payment for the order and not from its receipt. In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment takes place only after the actual receipt of the payment (the sending of the accountant is not valid). We do not guarantee the shipping times initially indicated in the product sheet upon receipt of the bank transfer.
6.8. Should the package return to the sender due to failed delivery, Meeting will proceed to contact the Customer to retry the shipment otherwise, in the event of no response from the Customer, to cancel the order and refund the order amount, net of shipping costs, within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of the order by sending communication via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer.
6.9. Meeting reserves the right to modify or update the products offered on the Site at any time, without notice.
7. Responsibility
7.1. All products are carefully checked by Meeting before shipping, guaranteeing their integrity. Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the closing materials (e.g. adhesive tape).
- check that the products are intact and correspond to what you ordered
Any anomalies and damage to the packaging and/or to the product must be immediately detected by placing a specific indication in the form of an express reservation on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
7.2. If the products do not correspond to those ordered, the Customer is required to promptly inform Meeting via the contact form in the "Contact Us" section of the Site and has the right to demand the execution of the order, upon return of what has been received, that is, in the event of unavailability of the products ordered, to order different items of the same nature or, alternatively, to be reimbursed for any price difference or to cancel the order.
7.3. Meeting is not responsible for the delayed and/or non-delivery of the product for which the courier used is responsible.
8. Right of withdrawal and product replacement
8.1. Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as

8.3. Pursuant to article 55, paragraph 2, letter c), of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005), cancellation or return is not applicable to orders of personalized products ( personalized and graduated lenses).
8.4. To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 8.1 or request the replacement of the product, the Customer must send Meeting a communication to this effect indicating the number of the order placed, within the deadlines indicated, via the contact form in the section “Contact Us” on the Site.
8.5. In the event of withdrawal or replacement of the product, the Customer will receive an email containing the return label and instructions for preparing and returning the package to Meeting within 7 days from the date of creation of the shipping label. Meeting reserves the right to refuse returns beyond the times mentioned above and to cancel shipping labels that have exceeded the limit of 7 days from the date of creation.
8.6. In case of withdrawal, shipping costs are borne by Meeting only for orders shipped to the following countries: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Austria, United Kingdom and United States.
8.7. In case of replacement, shipping costs are borne by Meeting only for orders shipped to Italy and only for sunglasses or optical frames.
8.8. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all their parts and in their original packaging, kept and possibly used for the time strictly necessary to establish and verify their nature, characteristics, color and size, according to normal diligence, without there being any signs of wear or dirt, in compliance with the following conditions:
- the right of withdrawal or product replacement may apply to the product purchased in its entirety;
- the right of withdrawal or replacement of the product may only apply to sunglasses and optical frames present on the Site. Any personalized and graduated lenses are excluded.
- for the withdrawal or replacement of the product to be possible, the product must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, case, warranty seal, any information note or other documentation and accessory equipment);
- any customs charges (if any) for returning the goods will be the sole responsibility of the Customer and will be subtracted from the amount to be refunded.
- the shipment, until receipt is certified in the warehouse indicated by Meeting, is under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
- in the event of damage to the goods during transport, Meeting will notify the Customer, to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain the relevant reimbursement; the product will then be made available to the Customer, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request;
- Meeting will not be liable in any way for damage, theft or loss occurring during or in any case in connection with the return shipment.
8.9. In the event of product replacement, once the products to be replaced have been received, Meeting will send an e-mail with a summary of the replaced products, an indication of delivery times and any differences in the amount to be paid.
8.10. Meeting will reimburse the Customer for the entire amount already paid within 15 (fifteen) working days of receiving the product, through a cancellation procedure of the charged amount, using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction.
8.11. In any case, the Customer will lose the right of withdrawal or the possibility of replacing the product in cases where Meeting ascertains that:
- the returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact (e.g. damaged, deteriorated and/or dirty);
- the product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging (e.g. without the guarantee seal);
- the product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. case, microfibre, etc.)
In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal or the possibility of replacing the product, Meeting will return the purchased product to the sender, charging, if already refunded, the price of the product. Shipping costs are charged to the customer . At Meeting's discretion, a partial refund may be offered to Customer.
In the absence of a response from the Customer, Meeting will keep the package in storage for up to a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, after which it will dispose of it.
9. Guarantees
9.1. All products sold by Meeting are covered by the manufacturer's legal guarantee of conformity for a period of 24 (twenty-four) months from the date of delivery of the product for defects of conformity, pursuant to Title III of the Legislative Decree. 206/2005. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice, or the payment receipt, together with the transport document and submit a formal complaint via the contact form in the "Contact us" section of the Site within a maximum period of 2 ( two) months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
9.2. The warranty for defects of conformity will apply provided that the relevant product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the use and maintenance instructions present in and/or with the product.
9.3. Following the report, in the event of non-conformity of the products, the Customer will have the right to obtain their restoration without charge, by replacing the same or equivalent product, or request a return.
9.4. In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the same must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment).

11. Privacy
11.1. The personal data collected with the submission of the Order will be processed by Meeting for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the Customer, in compliance with EU Regulation 2016/679 and the privacy information on the Site. Any further processing will be carried out solely with the express consent of the Customer.
12. Applicable law
12.1. The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and its execution is governed by Italian law, with the non-application of conflict rules and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods. The Court of the municipality of residence of the Customer will be competent to resolve the related disputes.
12.2. We wish to inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for the extra-judicial alternative resolution of disputes, including cross-border, accessible on the Site http://ec.europa.eu/odr .
