General conditions of sale
1. Identification and contact information
The products on sale on https: // www.vistaexpert.it/ (hereinafter the "Site") Are sold and invoiced by meetings S.R.L. Unipersonal (hereinafter "Meeting"), Based in via Pozzillo industrial area Ponteselice - 81100 Caserta (CE), a company registered at the Caserta Chamber of Commerce at N. Rea 208683 of the Register of Companies, C.F. 02964400614 and P. VAT n. 02964400614.

2. Nature of the service
Meeting provides sunglasses, eyeglasses and glasses for glasses purchased directly at fashion houses, producers and authorized dealers. Meeting does not sell used, irregular or quality products lower than the corresponding standards offered on the market.
3. Acceptance of the general conditions of sale and conclusion of the contract
3.1. The contract stipulated between meetings and the customer (i.e. the subject, a natural person, who makes the purchase on the site, not referable to his commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity) must be understood concluded with the acceptance of the order by meetings. In the event of non -acceptance of the order, Meeting will promptly communicate to the Customer.
3.2. Placing an order in the various methods provided, according to the order form on the site (hereinafter order), the Customer declares that he has read all the indications provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept these General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the Conditions).
3.3. These conditions can be printed or saved on durable support, in compliance with the provisions of art. 12 of Legislative Decree 70/2003 and by art. 51 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014.
4. Purchase methods
4.1. The products offered for sale by Meeting are only those on the site at the time of the order of the order, as described in the relative information sheets.
4.2. In any case, it is understood that the images accompanying the descriptive card of a product are from an exclusive information purpose and may not be perfectly representative of its characteristics but to differ for example by color and size (also by reason of the browser and monitor used for access to the site and display of the images).
4.3. To place an order, the customer must fill in the relative form on the site in each part and send the same after carefully viewing the conditions, as well as the characteristics of the product and/or products he intends to buy. The customer must also request meetings, where you wish, the issue of tax invoice relating to the purchase, pursuant to art. 22 D.P.R. n. 633/1972.
4.4. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by meetings by means of an e-mail response, sent to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer. This confirmation message will briefly report the purchase conditions, as required by applicable legislation, as well as the data entered in the order, so that the Customer can verify them and possibly communicate without delay the necessary corrections of incorrect data.
4.5. L'purchase of Contact lenses it is aimed only at those who already make use of Contact lenses. Confirming the order therefore the buyer declares that what he is making is not his first purchase and that he has no tolerability problems in the use of Contact lenses.
4.6. L'purchase of personalized graduated lenses takes place through contact with our customer service, to which it is necessary to send the ophthalmology prescription and indicate the Frame desired. Our optics team will send a quote proposal, after which the customer will receive a link for the purchase of the lenses and the Frame, selecting the desired payment mode.
5. Prices and methods of payment
5.1. The prices indicated on the site are to be considered including tax and VAT. Any shipping costs or payment costs are in any case communicated in advance to the customer through the site or these conditions.
5.2. The following payment methods are provided:
- Credit card: in case of purchase by credit card, the transaction can take place through the Safe Server Shopify Payments or other safe server chosen by Meeting. In no case and at no phase of the Meeting payment will it be able to know the information relating to the customer's credit card, transmitted via a protected connection directly to the site of the banking institution that manages the transaction. No meetings computer archive will keep these data and therefore in no case can meeting be held responsible for the possible fraudulent and undue use of credit cards by third parties upon payment.
- Payment with Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay: for payment, the PayPal circuit can be used by the customer according to the specific methods of the same.
- Installment payment with Paypal, Scalapay and Klarna: these are financing methods that allow the customer to buy and immediately receive the products by paying them in 3 or 4 equal installments with a monthly basis.
- Bank transfer: in case of purchase by bank transfer, the customer will display the bank details for payment after placing the order. The shipment of the goods will only take place to the actual reception of the payment (the accounting of the accounting does not move), even if the shipping times indicated are 24h. Decorate 10 days from the date of acceptance of the order without Meeting having received the crediting of the bank transfer, Meeting will cancel the order by sending communication via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer.
6. Product availability, delivery and related expenses
6.1. For each product on the site, the availability of the product and the estimated date for shipment with the following terminologies are indicatively reported:
- Immediate availability: The product is available in our central warehouse, the shipment is made within 24 hours.
- 2 working days: the product is available in our stores, the shipment is made by 2 working days.
- 8 working days: The product is not present in our central warehouse and is ordered to our suppliers. Generally the product will be sent within this period of time. However, in the event that the product is not available at suppliers (product in reabsorption), we undertake to contact the customer to inform him about waiting times and offer the possibility of waiting, canceling the order or replacing the product. In case of non-response from the customer, Meeting will proceed to cancel the order and reimburse the entire amount of the order within 21 (twenty-one) days from the date of the order by sending communication via e-mail to the e-mail address communicated by the Customer.
- Worn out: The product is currently out of production and cannot be purchased.
6.2. For all orders received from Friday after 14:00 until Sunday, or on holidays, the processing takes place from the first following working day. In these cases, shipping times are calculated from the beginning of the order processing.
6.3. For all sight orders with personalized and graduated lenses, the processing of personalized lenses at our laboratory requires approx 4-5 working days.
6.4. The products purchased will be sent to the address indicated by the Customer in the order in the times indicated in the product sheet by the acceptance of the order by meetings, at the cost indicated specifically on the site before sending the order. Meeting reserves the right not to proceed with the shipment of the goods, even after accepting the order, in the event of anomalies in the order received or for incorrect amounts calculated. In any case, for deliveries to be carried out outside the Italian borders, shipping costs and delivery times could undergo variations.
6.5 The customer is therefore invited to contact the customs authorities of their country in advance to check the costs and any import limits.
6.6. The delivery times indicated by meetings must be considered as purely indicative as subject to factors that do not make it possible to be exact. A delay compared to the same non -legitimate the customer to the refusal of the delivery and the request for compensation or compensation.
6.7 In case of payment by bank transfer, the shipment takes place only after the actual reception of the payment (the accounting of the accounting does not faithfully). We do not guarantee the shipping times initially indicated in the product sheet when receiving the bank transfer.
6.8. If the package should be returned to the sender due to a failed delivery, Meeting will contact the customer to agree on a new shipment. In this case, the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. In case of non -response from the customer within a reasonable term, Meeting will proceed to cancel the order and reimburse the amount, net of shipping costs, within 21 (twenty -one) days from the date of the order. The communication relating to the cancellation and reimbursement will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.
6.9. Meeting reserves the right to modify or update the products offered on the Site at any time, without notice.
7. Responsibility
7.1. All products are thoroughly checked by meetings before shipping, guaranteeing integrity. When delivery of the products, the customer is required to check:
- that the packaging is intact, not damaged, nor wet or in any case altered, also in the closing materials (e.g. adhesive tape).
- verify that the products are intact and corresponding to what he ordered
- Any anomalies and damage to the packaging and/or product, must be immediately detected, dating a specific indication in the form of a reserve expressed on the product delivery document to be returned to the courier.
7.2. If the products do not correspond to those ordered, the Customer is required to promptly inform meetings through the contact form in the "contact us" section of the Site and has the right to demand the execution of the order, after returning what is received, or, in the event of a non -availability of the products ordered, to order different items of the same nature or, alternatively, to be refunded for the possible price difference or to cancel the order.
7.3. Meeting is not responsible for the delayed and/or non -delivery of the product for which the courier used is responsible for.
8. Right of withdrawal
8.1. Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, as amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, the Customer will be able to withdraw from the conditions and therefore from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to add reasons and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt of the products.
8.2. Pursuant to article 55, paragraph 2, letter c), of the consumer code, the right of withdrawal (pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/2005) or cancellation is not applicable to orders of personalized products (customized and graduated lenses).
8.3. To exercise the right of withdrawal referred to in the previous article 8.1, The Customer must send meetings a communication in this sense by indicating the order number made, within the terms indicated, through the contact form in the "Contact us" section of the site or in self-service mode from his customer account.
8.4. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the customer will receive from meetings an e-mail containing the return label and the instructions to prepare and send the package to meetings within 7 (seven) days from the date of creation of the label. If the customer decides to send the return independently, it will be his responsibility to ensure that the shipment is successful. Meeting reserves the right to refuse returns sent beyond the timing indicated or to invalidate expired shipping labels, or those not used within 7 (seven) days from their creation.
8.5
- The right of withdrawal can apply to the product purchased in its entirety;
- The right of withdrawal product can only apply to sunglasses and eyeglasses on the site. Any personalized and graduated lenses are excluded.
- In order for the withdrawal to be possible, the product must be intact and returned to the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, case, guarantee seal, any information note or other documentation and accessory equipment);
- Any customs expenses (if present) for the return of the property will be exclusively loaded by the customer and will be subtracted from the amount to be repaid.
In the event of a return independently, the Customer assumes full liability of the shipment until the confirmation of receipt in the warehouse indicated by Meeting. Any damage to the product during transport will be communicated by meetings to the customer, who can promptly submit a complaint to the chosen courier and request the relative refund. In such cases, the product will be made available to the customer and the withdrawal request will be canceled. Meeting will in no way be responsible for damages, theft or loss that occurred during shipping or connected to it.
8.6. Meeting will refund the customer the entire amount already paid within 15
(fifteen) working days from receipt of the product, by means of the statorno procedure as the amount charged, using the same payment vehicle used by the customer for the initial transaction.
8.7. In any case, the Customer will lapse from the right of withdrawal in cases where meetings ascertain that:
- The returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact (e.g. damaged, deteriorated and/or dirty);
- The product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging (e.g. without the guarantee seal);
- The product is lacking in integral elements the same and/or accessories (e.g. case, microfiber etc.)
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Meeting will return the purchased product to the sender, charged, where already reimbursed, the price of the product. Shipping costs are borne by the customer. At the discretion of meetings, a partial refund could be offered to the customer.
In the absence of response from the customer, Meeting will keep the package in stock up to a maximum of 30 (thirty) days, after which it will dispose of the same.
9. Purchase of digital gift card Vistaexpert
9.1. The Digital Gift Card Vistaexpert has a valid 12 months from the date of purchase. Upon expiry, any residual amounts will no longer be used or refundable.
9.2. The Gift Card can only be used for the purchase of products available on the Site. It is not valid for the purchase of services or for products offered by third parties or outside the site.
9.3. The balance of the digital gift card cannot be converted into cash, nor totally or partially, including any unused residues.
9.4. In case of partial use of the Gift Card, the residual balance will remain available for future purchases within the period of validity. After the deadline, any residual amount will no longer be used or refundable.
9.5. Meeting.it is not responsible for the loss, theft or unauthorized use of the GIFT Card code. It is advisable to carefully keep the code received and verify the recipient's e-mail address at the time of purchase.
9.6. The digital gift card cannot be used to buy other gift cards or equivalent tools.
9.7. L'Purchase and use of the Gift Card involve the full acceptance of these terms and conditions. Meeting reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time, publishing the changes on the official website.
10. Guarantees
10.1. All products sold by meetings are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity of the manufacturer for a period of 24 (twenty -four) months from the date of delivery of the product for the defects of conformity, pursuant to Title III of Legislative Decree 206/2005. To benefit from the warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice, or the payment receipt, together with the transport document and submit a formal complaint through the "contact us" contact form of the site within a maximum term of 2 (two) months from the date on which he discovered the defect.
10.2. The guarantee for compliance defects will apply as long as the relative product has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as required in the instructions for use and maintenance present in the E/or with the product.
10.3. Following the report, in the event of non -compliance of the products, the customer will be entitled to obtain their restoration without expenses, by replacing the same or equivalent product, or request the return.
10.4. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the same must be returned by the customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and possible documentation and accessory equipment).

12. Privacy
12.1. The personal data collected with the forwarding of the order will be processed by Meeting to the sole purpose of satisfying the expressed requests of the Customer, in compliance with the EU 2016/679 regulation and the privacy information present on the site. Any further treatments will be carried out only with the Customer's express consent.
13. Applicable law
13.1. The sales contract referred to in these Conditions and the relative execution is regulated by Italian law, with the non -application of the conflict rules and the United Nations Convention for the international sale of goods. The Court of the Municipality of residence of the Customer will be competent for the solution of the related disputes.
13.2. We want to inform you that the European Commission provides a platform for the extra-surgery alternative resolution of disputes, also cross-border, accessible on the site http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
