Vistaexpert Care – Lenses & Temples Warranty (12 months)

1. Definition of the service

The Guarantee Vistaexpert Care – 12 months is an optional additional service that can be purchased at checkout that allows the customer to benefit from one (1) replacement of one (1) pair of lenses or temples in case of accidental damage occurred on glasses purchased on our e-commerce.

The Guarantee Vistaexpert Dear constitutes one commercial guarantee and does not represent in any way an insurance contract.

2. Scope of validity

  • valid exclusively for the glasses purchased on our e-commerce
  • limited to the product included in the same order in which the Guarantee Vistaexpert Care is purchased
  • not activated on:

    products different from the one associated with the order
    glasses purchased from other e-commerce or physical retailers
    products purchased previously or subsequently

Every Guarantee Vistaexpert Care is associated with a single product.

3. Duration

The Guarantee Vistaexpert Care has a duration of 12 months starting from the date of delivery of the glasses.

4. Cost of the service

The cost of the guarantee Vistaexpert Care is intended for a single product.

The service is available for all brands excluding the brand Oakleyunless otherwise indicated at the time of purchase.

5. Events covered

The Guarantee Vistaexpert Care exclusively covers i accidental damage, including:

  • involuntary impacts
  • accidental falls
  • deterioration from use

The Guarantee Vistaexpert Dear it doesn't cover loss or theft of glasses, breakage of the front of the Frame or other components, nor requests for replacement subsequent to the first.

7. Activation mode

To request activation of the Guarantee Vistaexpert Dear, the customer must:

  • contact Customer Care within the validity period via contact form or email to support@vistaexpert.it
  • provide your order number
  • indicate whether the temples or lenses need to be replaced
  • send any photographic documentation requested

8. Service Limits

  • the Guarantee Vistaexpert Dear it is usable only once
  • once the replacement has been made, the service is considered sold out
  • There is no monetary refund as an alternative to replacement

9. Relationship with the legal guarantee

The Guarantee Vistaexpert Care does not replace, limit or prejudice the consumer's rights provided by the legal guarantee of conformity, pursuant to current legislation.

10. Withdrawal and refund

The Guarantee Vistaexpert Dear it is not refundable if not used.

In the event of a total return of the glasses within the established deadlines, the cost of the Guarantee will be refunded at the same time as the product, provided that the service has not been activated.

11. Transferability

The Guarantee Vistaexpert Dear it is personal, non-transferable and non-transferable to third parties.

12. Changes to Terms

The seller reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions. The applicable conditions will be those in force at the time of purchase of the Vistaexpert Care Guarantee.
