Eyewear Spare Parts Guide
A broken temple or damaged lens does not necessarily mean you need to replace the entire pair of glasses.
With the correct spare part, you can restore your glasses by replacing only the affected component. In this guide, we help you identify the spare part compatible with your model and show you, through our video tutorials, how to replace it.

Compatibility does not depend solely on the appearance of the component.
Very similar models may use temples or lenses with different sizes, shapes, hinges or fastening systems. Before purchasing, we therefore recommend always checking:
- eyewear model code;
- size or lens size required for the spare part;
- product colour and variant;
- compatibility stated on the product page.
Do not choose a spare part simply because it looks similar to the one you need to replace.
Where to find your eyewear code
The model code and main frame information are normally printed on the inside of the temples or on the original eyewear packaging.
Depending on the model, you may find information such as:
Model code – colour code – lens size – bridge – temple length
These details help you identify the correct spare part in our catalogue.
If the markings on the temples are no longer legible, carefully compare the images and information on the product page.
Unsure about compatibility?
If you cannot identify the correct spare part for your glasses with certainty, contact our Customer Service before purchasing.
To help us verify the correct product more quickly, we recommend providing:
- eyewear brand;
- model code;
- colour code, if available;
- size or lens size;
- front photo of the glasses;
- photo of the inside of the temples;
- photo of the component to be replaced.
This will help us identify the most suitable spare part among those available in our catalogue.
Replacing the spare part
Once you have received the component, consult the dedicated guide before proceeding with installation.
In the Replacement Temples and Replacement Lenses sections, you will find specific instructions and a video tutorial showing step by step how to replace the component.
During installation, never force temples, lenses, screws or hinges. If the new component does not fit correctly, check compatibility again before continuing.
