Returns, Refunds and Replacements

Return and replacement

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, You can request a return within 14 days of delivery . For orders placed between December 8th and 18th, the return period is exceptionally extended to 30 days from delivery.

Only for shipments to Italy you can request a replacement of the product within 14 days of delivery.

For shipments to Italy, France, Germany, United Kingdom, Austria, Spain and United States:
Return shipping costs are paid by Meeting srl.

Return and replacement procedure:

  1. Once we receive the returned or replaced products, we will verify their integrity.
  2. If the products are intact, we will proceed with the refund or replacement, paying only any price differences.
  3. If the products are damaged, without the warranty seal, incomplete, deteriorated or dirty, they will not be refunded and will be returned to the sender.

RETURN AND REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS

  • Free returns and exchanges are valid only for sunglasses, optical frames and ski goggles.
  • The return is NOT foreseen for the pair of personalized prescription lenses.
  • The products must be intact and in the same condition in which you received them.
  • The products must be returned in their original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging, case, warranty seal, any information note or other documentation and accessory equipment)

It will NOT be possible to proceed with a refund or replacement of the product if Vistaexpert determines that:

  • The returned product and/or its accessories, and/or its packaging are not intact (e.g. damaged, deteriorated and/or dirty);
  • The product is missing its external packaging and/or the original internal packaging (e.g. without the guarantee seal);
  • The product is missing integral elements and/or accessories (e.g. case, microfibre, etc.)

In these cases, we will return the purchased product to you. Shipping costs are charged to the customer . At Vistaexpert's discretion, we may offer you a partial refund.

In the absence of a response from you, we will keep the package in storage for up to a maximum of 30 days, after which we will dispose of it.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

Arranging a return is easy. Here's how:

1. CONTACT US: Go to section Contact us of the site, choose the type of request "Returns and Replacements" , enter your details and submit your request. Otherwise, you can send an email to support@vistaexpert.it  requesting a return or replacement and indicating the order number placed. You will receive an email containing all the instructions for making the  return or replacement.

2. PREPARING L PACKAGE: Place your item back in the box, including a copy of the email you received with the assigned return code. Please note that the product must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts, to be refunded.

There are two ways to arrange a return. Depending on where you are located, one of the two will always be available.

  • Return with free label or at your expense (depends on the country you are in and the type of product)
  • Bring your return to an InPost delivery point free of charge

3. RETURN INSPECTION: After receiving and verifying your return, we will proceed with the refund of the items or resend the replacement products. In the event of a product replacement, we will send you by email a summary of the replaced products, the delivery times and any differences in the amount to be paid.

REIMBURSEMENT

  • The refund will be made through the payment method chosen at the time of the order.
  • Refunds will take place within 15 working days following the return of the product.
  • Shipping costs, cash on delivery costs and any customs charges are excluded from the refund.
  • In case of cash on delivery purchase you can choose the payment method for the refund.
